Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

*COVID-19 Note - each order is taking a few extra days to be shipped out to ensure our employees are following all quarantine guidelines. We’re hoping to continue speeding up the process as much as we can, but you can expect your canvas to be shipped 7 days after placing your order.

Standard Processing Time: Typically 2-3 Days. 
Standard Shipping Time: Typically 2-5 Days (FedEx Ground / USPS Priority Mail)
Standard Total Time: 4-8 Days

Simply put, a maximum time frame of 8 days for any order during typical times. During holidays there may be delayed shipments. If we have address issues, we always reach out to customers for confirmation. Thus, in rare circumstances, it may take a few days longer!

Returns:
Our goal is to provide you with canvases you’ll love for life. We’ll always fix or replace your wall art if there’s a problem with your order. We take our quality very seriously to ensure our products compliment your home! If there is anything wrong with your order we will make it right and reship you a new canvas.

Because we make all of our art on demand, if your canvas has already been printed and/or framed and you'd like to cancel your order, you can do so for a $25 fee.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account one more time. If it’s still not there, contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days for your refund to be posted. After, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’re still not seeing your refund populate, please reach out to us at hello@vybeinterior.com

Exchanges:
Because we print all canvases on-demand, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item because your canvas is damaged, send us an email at hello@vybeinterior.com
