We do our very best to create & package our artwork in a way that will minimize damage during shipping. But it can still happen on very rarely!
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us. We will send you new art and make it right as quickly as possible! Please include a photo of the damage/defect, this will help us file an insurance claim with the shipping provider for the damage during transit.
Stay calm! We’ll get the right product in your hands right away :) Contact us with a photo of the artwork you received and we’ll send you your correct art & make it right as quickly as possible.
We work hard to ensure the art you see online is the art you receive at your doorstep. No surprises, however, every computer monitor displays color a little differently and we are not responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen/monitor. Our products are made of natural materials and may vary in color, texture, grain, and/or look - which is not considered a defect or damage.
This doesn’t happen often but our team will do our very best to help you through it. Please get in touch and we’ll work together to try to locate your new artwork! We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
Your order will take 1-3 business days to process and fulfill. Once it leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking for your new artwork! Packages typically deliver in 2-6 business days after the order is shipped. Note : there may be some delays in peak sales periods.

We offer free shipping on most products! For all orders over $200, your canvas will have free shipping anywhere in the USA (except Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii). For purchases under $200 USD, standard shipping is $12.99 USD.
Returns & Cancellations
Each piece is custom printed, mounted and framed just for you so we are unable to accept returns.
If you received an incorrect or damaged canvas, please get in touch and we’ll get a new piece sent to you as soon as possible.
All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made to order just for you.
All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Your artwork is custom made and framed just for you, so we are unable to make adjustments once we begin the framing process.
- All of our canvases are made-to-order in our North Carolina facility.
- We use finely textured artist-grade cotton that reproduces image details with outstanding clarity and detail.
- We print with premium water based inks.
- Our paper & wood are sourced from sustainable forests and our boxes are made from recycled materials.
- Our thin frame sits approximately 5mm from the edge of the canvas to create a sophisticated floating border.
- Vegan-friendly - contains no animal products.
Our canvases are handcrafted specifically so they're ready-to-hang in any direction you’d like!! Once you add 2 nails or screws to your wall, there’s a lip on the back of the frame to set on the nails that’ll make it super easy to hang from any side.
