If your order arrived damaged, please contact us. We will send you new art and make it right as quickly as possible! Please include a photo of the damage/defect, this will help us file an insurance claim with the shipping provider for the damage during transit.
I Received The Wrong Item, What Should I Do?
Stay calm! We’ll get the right product in your hands right away :) Contact us with a photo of the artwork you received and we’ll send you your correct art & make it right as quickly as possible.
My Order Looks Slightly Different Than It Does Online.
We work hard to ensure the art you see online is the art you receive at your doorstep. No surprises, however, every computer monitor displays color a little differently and we are not responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen/monitor. Our products are made of natural materials and may vary in color, texture, grain, and/or look - which is not considered a defect or damage.

This doesn’t happen often but our team will do our very best to help you through it. Please get in touch and we’ll work together to try to locate your new artwork! We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

We offer FREE standard shipping anywhere on the mainland United States (and a few select countries) for purchases over $200 USD. For purchases under $200 USD, standard shipping is $12.99 USD.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We completely understand that plans can change. You're welcome to cancel your order as long as it’s before production starts. Once we begin handcrafting your order, it quickly moves through various processes and gets lined up for shipping, making it challenging to pull back. So, if you need to cancel, please reach out to us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll do everything we can to halt the process before production kicks in, and if we're successful, you'll receive a full refund. Your happiness is key to us, so we're here to help with any changes you need.
I ordered a print or frame and changed my mind
If you need to return a product, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of your order's arrival. We will give you an address to send back your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unmarked, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
As a small, independent business, please understand that customers must cover the cost of return shipping for items they no longer want. The cost of initial shipping will be subtracted from your refund. We recommend sending your return through a trackable shipping method for your security and peace of mind. Purchases made with gift card credits will be refunded as credit. At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges. This policy does not infringe upon your legal rights under statutory consumer protection laws.

All of our canvases are made-to-order in the USA.
We use finely textured artist-grade cotton that reproduces image details with outstanding clarity and detail.
We print with premium water based inks.
Our paper & wood are sourced from sustainable forests and our boxes are made from recycled materials.
Our thin frame sits approximately 5mm from the edge of the canvas to create a sophisticated floating border.
Vegan-friendly - contains no animal products.
What Do You Recommend For Hanging Hardware?
Our canvases are handcrafted specifically so they're ready-to-hang in any direction you’d like!! Once you add 2 nails or screws to your wall, there’s a lip on the back of the frame to set on the nails that’ll make it super easy to hang from any side.
