We take our quality very seriously to ensure our products compliment your home! If there is anything wrong with your order we will make it right and reship you a new canvas.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our headquarters is located in Chicago, Illinois. All of our canvases are made-to-order in our Florida, USA facility. We sell our products exclusively online.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer FREE standard shipping anywhere in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) for purchases over $50 USD. For purchases under $50 USD, standard shipping is $9.99 USD.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Standard Processing Time: 2-3 Days
Standard Shipping Time: 2-5 Days (FedEx Ground / USPS Priority Mail)
Standard Total time: 4-8 Days
Simply put, it's a maximum shipping time of 8 days for any order during typical times. During holiday times there may be delayed shipments. If we have address issues, we always reach out to customers for confirmation. Thus, in rare circumstances, it may take a few days longer.
CAN I HAVE MORE DETAILS ON THE CANVAS QUALITY?
•All of our canvases are made-to-order in our Florida, USA facility.
•High quality canvases with 342 GSM and 14 mill canvas with a satin finish.
•Our archival canvas contains no optical brighteners and will not yellow over time.
•Our premium latex water-based ink is Greenguard and Ecologo certified for low chemical emissions and reduced environmental impact.
•Latex inks are superior to solvent inks when it comes to image quality, scratch resistance, and durability.
•All sets are made with mirrored edges and stretched by hand by our experts and gallery wrapped over high quality SPF wooden frames. NOT hazardous MDF.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you’d like to modify your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will respond within 24 hours to confirm the changes. Because we make all of our art on demand, if your canvas has already been printed and/or framed and you'd like to cancel your order, you can do so for a $25 fee. We are not able to modify orders that have already been shipped.
I ONLY RECEIVED ONE PRODUCT, BUT I ORDERED MULTIPLE. WHERE ARE THE REST?
Sometimes our products are shipped separately to optimize the time it’ll take to arrive at your door. Please check your tracking code to see when your other items will be arriving.
MY TRACKING SAYS THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT.
Our packages are sent to the exact address given at checkout. If you’ve waited 1-2 days, checked your mailbox and front porch, please contact your local post office as they may have misplaced your package.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account one more time. If it’s still not there, contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days for your refund to be posted.
After, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
